Should be 0. I am utterly appalled by the service of the workers. I was met with some of the rudest people I have experienced in my life. They got my order wrong, and when I asked politely for it to be changed I was heckled with a variety of rude stares and insulted. I have been many times and the service has always been terrible. Very disappointed #boycott
Im done with this 'Coffee shop' For some reason I can't find the tab to leave yet another rubbish Starbucks review so edited my other rubbish feedback! I thought I'd ask if there was a wait - that says it all if you've got to ask that question before paying your money - which have gone up in price I have to add. She told me, yes there is a bit of a wait as a machine isn't working. I left. This coffee shop, if that's what it is, is a waste of time - Avoid.....Next review is a previous feedback...Bradford Road Batley Starbucks. Never really a good experience. Always waiting while one member of staff serves both the eating side and the drive-through. Then given the wrong order, good job I checked or I'd have driven away and not being able to drink or eat it and wouldn't have had time to return the order. They run out of certain milk too sometimes, early in the day! All in all, issues need to be addressed as there are quite clearly major ones..
I used to come here at the start of the year and the service was shocking so I stopped. Been three or four times recently and it’s vastly improved - the store is miles cleaner and and the staff are all new and much friendlier. I saw another review saying they were closed down too early for your liking, yes, because they close at half 7 and have to be out by 7:45 and do EVERYTHING themselves. Try speaking to the staff and asking what’s going on like I do. I notice said person said they go every week which means there’s been many visits but no good reviews? Just like to moan. Anyways, kudos to the new manager and team! Keep it up!
One of the best experiences staff are extremely polite nothing is ever to much trouble staff go above and beyond especially Johnny and Lilly always clean and tidy excellent coffee and wash rooms always spotless
Poor service tonight. We come at least once a week to charge the car and today at 18:15 they have already put everything away. Cakes, sandwiches the works. We placed an order for drinks and they’re to busy trying to close down the place and talking that they forgot about our drinks till we asked about 20 minutes later and WE ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS. Oh and let’s not forget they don’t close till 19:30pm. So disappointing.
Arrived at 19:00 for a coffee date, I was given my drink in a paper cup even though I told them I was staying in. At 19:30 staff began to put chairs onto the tables and mop, the shop even though it doesn't close until 21:00. The shop was freezing cold atmosphere.. People didn't stay long due to thinking the shop was closing.. Very very disappointing for a Starbucks.
I’m a really fussy coffee drinker and today I had the one of the best coffees of my life. Staff were wonderful and it was nice and warm inside unlike other Starbucks I have visited which seem to have air con on all year round. quick, friendly service. Would definitely recommend :)
We’ve been here 3 separate occasions and every single time we have disliked the drinks. The hot chocolate tasted nothing like it was supposed to didn’t come with the chocolate cream. Also the caramel frappe tasted like milk and strawberries! Normally we go to the Dewsbury Starbucks….from no on that’s we’re we will always go because they make their drinks how they should and it tastes soo much better than this one in Batley. Service is great but drinks are not.
Great Location right next to the Gym! Clean new cafe shop, but barristers need to improved skills as coffee does not taste like it should do. Was a bit disappointed with my drink.
