Hi, I'm wanting to visit the largest and best New Look in the area, would Waltham Cross or Enfield be better for Womenswear?

New Look will be one of the shops that I will always go to for a quick outfits. They stock everything you need from smart wear to underwears, accessories to shoes. I bought most of my university clothes from there and the quality is really good. I still have a blazer I bought 4 years ago and it still look good, just follow the washing instructions and you will enjoy your clothes. Also their shoes and boots are good qualities too, the only problem that I have is the bags straps which tends to cut off a alot of times, I do hope they can improve on that to make them stronger. The New Look stores I have been too are always big enough and stock a alot of clothes, shoes, bags etc and the staffs are friendly too. The stores are always clean, everything is where it should be. If you are a student don't forget to make use of your students discount or their 25% sales sometimes.

Love New Look Clothes!! Always got some lovely clothes!! Sometime have to keep away from there Otherwise always buying something there!!
Terrible customer service. No staff after waiting for 5 mins in changing room. Some sot of leak in the ceiling which lead to 3 rooms being closed off but no staff to help. Cold and uncaring feeling in this store. Would not return.
Lovely staff held my click and collect parcel for longer when i forgot to pick up on last day so called the store and they held for extra week as i can only go weekends.
