The manager is absolutely vile and really shouldn't be working in retail if she has a problem being polite. She had such a chip on her shoulder from the moment the women at the counter called her over. Tried to exchange faulty slippers which were less than a week old, told me to look around the store to exchange them, knowing they no longer stock them. When I asked for her name she completely ignored me, I asked again and she replied saying she doesn't have to give me anything, I asked if she was the manager and she said she was. What a terrible experience and totally unnecessary.

Horrendous experience here today. Clothes all mixed up, difficult to find what you want and lack of size options. Long queue for very few fitting rooms. Store was boiling on a warm summer day, no air con or fans. Staff pleasant enough. Sizing inconsistent as usual. I’ll stick to online shopping in future as that’s an hour of my day I’ll never get back.

Staff take their time. Only ever one person on the till. They will have a chat with other staff and they couldn’t care less about the massive queues. Rubbish. The queue is so long goes way beyond me but the other worker is there sorting out belts which surely can wait.

I recently visited the H&M shop located in Enfield shopping centre and had a mixed experience. The location of the shop is convenient, with parking available nearby for easy access. The shop itself is quite spacious, with a good selection of clothing items. There were plenty of staff members present, but unfortunately, I found that there was a lack of assistance available. This may have been due to the long queues and the high volume of customers in the store at the time. The layout of the shop was organized, with the women's section located downstairs and the men's and teens' sections upstairs. However, the long queues at the checkout made for a slightly frustrating experience. Despite the lack of staff assistance and the long queues, I found the overall shopping experience at H&M in Enfield to be satisfactory. The staff members were friendly and the selection of clothing was good. With some improvements in staffing levels and queue management, the shopping experience could be greatly enhanced.

I will always check out what new fashion items are in stock here and it seems, I always make a purchase when I visit a H&M store. Love the designs and quality clothing. Very reasonably priced fashion.

Extremely bad customer service in this branch now. Staff on the till are so rude. Will be reporting to head office.

Lots of choice spread over two floors. Lacking a few of the more 'premium' rages that the central London stores have though. Queues at tills could be shorter.

I went to the store yesterday. Oh my Goodness! The staff member Kim her name was . So unhelpful- I asked for assistance but she just made an excuse that she is busy and suggested I asked someone else… then she went to the other side of the store and keep laughing LOUD ! I felt so uncomfortable, is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour!
