   Excellent customer service today from Angela. I enquired about the jeans she was wearing as staff wear Next clothing. She went above and beyond to find the code for the jeans which I was not only impressed by but really grateful.I also purchased items and the service I received was polite, friendly and made a pleasant change from other stores in Enfield I have shopped in recently.    I’m starting to doubt the authenticity of the reviews on this website. After making an online purchase, I tried to leave my own review but found it impossible to do so. When I contacted customer service, I was told to call IT support — which seems excessive just to share feedback. If it’s this difficult for genuine customers to leave a review, it really makes me wonder where all these 5-star ratings are coming from.

   I used to love going in this store, however, with the staff attitude i rather not and use online services or go to the enfield retail park who have better staff. The staff was rude and did not care there was 2 people waiting to be served. I wanted a refund from my online shop… the 2 staff was talking g about something personal and carried on whilst getting served! Not great

   I have never seen such disgusting fitting rooms. What type of management allows that to happen? As you can see in the photos there is an apple which has been in there for a while and it's rotting on the floor. I'm wondering how are the customers supposed to try their clothes on in that mess.
