The staff are really helpful and friendly in this store. I have always love their clothing as they have always fit me well and the quality is very good.

White Stuff is my favourite shop. Casual, but elegant in same time. Bromley branch is small, but I found everything I wanted, plenty of sizes available on the shop floor, staff all helpful, but professional styling tips from Monika refreshed my wardrobe. Pleasant place to shop.
This is the best White Stuff retail shop I've been in. The size of the store and the layout are a pleasure to shop in. The shop is spacious easy to navigate around and the clothes aren't all bunched together. I like the quality of the clothing and home gifts too. The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful too. Please do not close my local store as I hate going up to London to do clothes shopping (I hate having to do online returns for clothes) !
Wife bought a coat online.Nice coat,wrong size. She packed it up, I took her bank card and off I went to the store to return it, just to be told they need her signature for them to to be able to process it because those are the rules. I can't recall any retailer that would do this as long as the card is present upon returning. No wonder Amazon eating all these retailers for lunch...
Wonderful 1st experience at the white stuff today. The staff were friendly and provided constructive advice in order to facilitate my very 1st purchase. I will definitely return to this store.
