A very nice shop, clean, friendly, I went to buy Eid clothes where one is faulty so they happily rectified it, very good customer service with a big on everyone. The team is fantastic.
I got my first saree here for a family wedding after going into a few different shops and not finding something suitable. They had a great selection and staff were very helpful, the fabric was much higher quality than some of the sarees I had looked at and for a very reasonable price. I used Bobby the tailor who operates in a workshop on site to have my blouse custom made and he did a great job. Would highly recommend and will be going back in future

Sales girl refused to show me the dresses or lengha's I wanted as apparently they were not long enough for me. Manager asked her to show me and she opened one out. We left with one dress. Went in for atleast 5 outfits. Bombay Looks you missed a big sale !
First class service, reasonable priced and easily accessible, as parking is nearby. Others find it expensive, yes, they do have expensive items but its your choice to buy it or not.
Went to the ilford branch to exchange a suit for a larger size. The sales assistant was very rude and even though the dress was exactly the same, he insisted I pay an extra £4. WTH
