   DO NOT SHOP HERE. LIARS AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered 3 dresses, 2 for adults and 1 for a child. When placing the order we asked them if they can definitely get it made for the child and they gave us their word they can. The dress was completely messed up and they blamed us for their manufacturing problem. Refused to give us a refund for the 1 dress that was messed up and argued with us the whole time. Also failed to give us our extra products that we PAID FOR. They were so rude and dismissive from the moment we stepped in. Disgusting.

   First time when I went to this clean n bright shop , I love the collection they have , they have not only amazing collection of all types of cloths for all ages but staff and owner MrAmrit ( apologise if I forgot ur name) are super friendly and warm. They never ask me any question to offend me , they showed me all designes , I requested , patiently , I bought 3 gorgeous outfits , the owner did give me discount and the way they served me and helped me to buy , they are now one of my favourite shop, linkan Sales assistant ( apologised if I forgot your name) was soooo good that she measured my broken arm to make sure that I get size bigger to fit inside and later I can alter it. Jwellery asistant, hijabi girl is soooo nice that she kept showing me patiently and asked me to comeback later if I am not ready to buy and told me to give a good deal. They do greet you warmly if u been in their shop before but leave you to have a look if you just browsing and new. You may find same designes and colours in other shops , but belive me the quality of their cloths exceptionally very high , next time check the back of dress , most of their cloths front n back are same with nice embroidery or designes, but other shops literally making us fool with low quality replica . So I gave them 5 stars . I didn't get opportunity to return or exchange but I am sure they will never give me chance to buy wrong item. ( trust them fully ) Next time don't buy anything unless you guys check in their shop . Shingaar not only a pretty clothing shop they are reference to green street shops and one can easily work out the price and quality they should get from other shops specially their neighbouring shops . Please go there once and you will be going there on your each trip . I am their new fan from West London. Keep up the good work! Mr Amrrit you won my heart because the way you were caring towards your employees sales assistants . How you respect them n trust them and providing a happy atmosphere for customers . Good team work .

   Such scammers. I bought two dresses of the same design and of the same size yet one of them is smaller than the other. There is a no refund policy and they only do exchanges within ten days. I have come from another town and I cannot come back to the store just for a dress. Absolutely atrocious.
