   If u thinking going to this store then think again unless u want to deal with rudeness. The lady with the short hair that works there as manager is so rude to customers and has zero respect for customers. Can’t believe a well known company as Peacock will hire someone like this who has experience dealing with with customers and rude towards customers. “What a bitter pill to swallow”

   The lady manager with the short hair is so rude towards the customers. The fact that someone who is so rude towards customers is a manager baffles me. Please don’t bother even going this store unless they do something about that lady. Never in my life as a customer I had come across someone as rude as this lady in business place

   Worst store ever! I recently bought an item that was on discount on this store and later found out on their website that the item was on a discount but still they charged me with the original price. Furthermore I gave them a call to discuss about the situation and the mixed lady manager was rude on the phone. Never waste your time and money going to this store period. I was surprised when I asked the lady is this how u treat ur customer and she replied it’s not our problem.

   I would give a ZERO star if I could give one. Manager is very rude (peacock fore Street). The lady with short hair and glasses. She definitely needs customer care training, wife bought items and on her way back she realized one item is larger than her size, immediate went back to exchange, even though it's non exchangeable item but there was no need for the so called manager to be extremely rude, will never shop there again, also would not recommend anyone to shop in this particular shop. This manager needs to understand the meaning of being polite.

   Manager is rude. The lady with short hair and glasses. She uses Vulnerable language to customers, throwing her arms around, shouts at staff and very intimidating. Please stay away from that store especially if she is there. How peacocks can employ such horrible people is beyond me
