   Don't request part exchange as your refund !!! I stupidly purchased a dress off the back of returning a vest that didn't fit (too small) as I thought it would be quicker than returning and repurchasing the items. It wasn't....and when I returned the dress (too big - both items the same size and drastically different), I was given a gift voucher for the original purchase rather refunding than the full amount. Im now left with a voucher that I refuse to use. Ive been an NFD customer for years and love their clothes, but after speaking with customer services and their refusal to refund me the full amount, I won't be returning. Such a shame, yet another brand fallen victim to crafty tactics to keep your custom.

   I’m over the moon with my lovely ‘Soller’ dress from NFD, I’m a size 12 and it fits perfectly, I added another hook and eye just because at my age (66) it was just a tad too low! Here is a photo taken in Port de Soller on holiday which is just outside the town of Soller! Thank you for the bright, beautiful design!

   GREAT SERVICE ~ I ordered a dress on line and didn't get an option on Apple Pay to choose express delivery before my payment went through. I emailed NFD as I needed the dress for an event in a few days. They replied quickly and kindly upgraded my delivery to express free of charge. I thanked them and even got an email reply to say they hope I enjoyed the event. Dress arrived quickly as promised, was stunning and perfect for my event. Thank you SO much NFD for the great dress and wonderful customer service! :)

   It's not just that the styles are so fresh and different from anything else, it's not just that they cater for all sizes, it's not just the fabulous fit and quality... It's all of this AND the fact they have a team of truly brilliant stylists and support people on chat all around the clock pretty much. They are the warmest friendliest and most knowledgeable people around on all things NFD. I don't think twice to ask for style advice and help finding what I'm looking for. They are so patient and always come up with great suggestions. Always a very happy customer.

   I ordered a dress from the website from the outlet, luckily it was only £49 plus the postage. The size was not right, so returned, and was quite shocked to see they charge £3.99 for returns, doesn't really make sense why it costs more than delivery. I ordered another dress, thought I'd give it another try, it came extremely creased. This dress was on sale too, but to be honest, not even the sale price justifies the poor quality. I have seen NFD ads on my social media for years, so was really looking forward to finally owning a dress, but there is no way I am spending any more money on any items. Very poor quality, overpriced, never again.
