   Overpriced clothing rather go to Primark based of the quality and the feel of material. Additionally, the staff at the Bromley store are discourteous, they need some new joiner training on communication with customers!

   I've been a return customer for a good few years. Won't be a returning customer after the service I received yesterday. Needed a good coat for this winter and as they were offering 10% discount at the airport I thought I'd get one there. I needed a waterproof jacket and I didn't have much time to look around but really loved a coat that I saw on the mannequin. Tried it on, looked waterproof and loved it so went straight to the till. I later realised that it wasn't what I thought it was, it wasn't waterproof. Took it back and the customer service I received was very cold, on the boarder of aggressive and completely dismissive. I liked the brand as I like what it represents but I with the customer service I received, I won't be going back. There's plenty of fantastic brands out there I can choose from. My suggestion is to work on your customer service skills as without the support of your customers, you don't have anything. Needless to say I'll be sharing this experience with family and friends who also are regular shoppers at your store.
