   Bought a lady jumper on 16th November and Kristi (sale assistant) was given me the receipt and she crossed with a pen the last part on receipt telling me I am not entitled for refund or exchange at all. Very bad policy. Anyway poor quality of the clothes and very bad management. Personally I don't recommend the store in Barking.

   Poor customer service! On the receipt it says you can refund and the sales rep refuses the sale! Disgusting service will be reported to trading standards

   We were doing work experience, my classmate got accepted here and filled out forms which was successful and validated and was ready to start working, turned up to start working and told her to go away because they don't want to offer it anymore. They told her to go away ON THE DAY OF WORK EXPERIENCE. Last minute cheap knockoffs who clearly have no experience themselves.
