    My mother bought some products here very expensive but they did not fit. The shop did not refund them and now says they have a no refund policy. This was not shown correctly in store. Very unhelpful and breaking the law not making customers aware of this at time of purchase. I would shop elsewhere. I will be taking this up with trading standards as totally unacceptable. Staff were rude to her also. Not what you expect from a local up market shop.

    Brilliant local underwear/swimwear shop. Yes there are some pricey items but they’re great quality, and I’ve never had such a good fitting. The ladies are pros and I won’t be going back to JL/Marks’ now.
