   Staff were really sarcastic and arsey with me when i went to collect an online order today. Gave them the name and order number "we dont have it" and proceeded to belittle me as i didnt know what i was collecting (i was collecting for my partner while i was errand running) "We have this but not sure it is yours" had the name and order number on it that i gave but they proceeded to bellittle me further as "are you really sure thats the right name". No need to be like it would have taken nothing to just be nice especially when i gave correct details. Definitely not going in there again. Will use someone else and get delivery

   Came in today to collect some pre ordered parts, while there we was after a set of brake pads for an imported car. The man who helped us today went above and beyond to ensure we left with the right pads, it wasn’t just a I don’t know he had books out his tape measure and was overall one of the nicest sales people we’ve ever met. I won’t be using anywhere else ever again!

   Excellent customer service. Very professional and polite. I have been using car spares for 15 years now. I never received any problems with the staff or any of the drivers. Prices are brilliant nice and reasonable. 5 stars highly recommended. I think this breach is the best (newtown). Since they moved from nechells duddeston Mill Road.. thanks guys keep u the good work.
