   I am adding to and changing the rating of my review because the owners have taken time to reply to me, and I am happy with their reply. As I have stated, my previous experience has always been positive, and I can accept the explanation regarding bags. The main issue was the sales assistants manner and attitude, I feel confident that this has been dealt with. I like this shop and regularly shop here, it has quality goods and the style of clothes I like, I just wanted the owners to know the situation when they were not around which I am confident they wouldn’t let happen if they were in the shop. I am a regular customer at Indian Rose and have always received excellent customer service and quality clothes. Popped in today look for a beige top, found one and went to pay, the girl on the till had a terrible attitude. It was like she was doing me a favour and because I had a shopping bag rudely said “ do you want a bag “ ! Well yes I do want a bag when buying clothes and promptly told her that my bag was for food, I don’t put clothes in with food for obvious reasons.she then proceeded to fold the blouse down as small as possible creasing it, and put it into the smallest bag available, which left it hanging out of the top and would have got soaked if it was raining. Anyone would think she was paying for the bags, I don’t go into shops to be made to feel like an inconvenience and next time if she’s serving I’ll walk away.

   I ordered a Jellycat online and I didn’t receive any discount code for first order but nevertheless I went ahead with the order and added a comment in the notes. They very kindly sent me a sms to tell me they had refunded the discount to my card. I really appreciated that kind gesture. Jane and Vee also wrote a handwritten note and a herbal teabag with the Jellycat. These small but lovely gestures show how much they care about their business and their customers. I love supporting small businesses like Indian Rose and will definitely recommend anyone to shop there! Thank you!

   I have phoned the shop to check if they had a number of products that i found on their huge and abundent gifting website , i can say that i don’t have enough amazing words to describe the pleasant treatment that i had encountered! The lady/ies that helped me with the desired products wore just lovely , they have sent me the package straight away and the wrapping is just gorgeous, you clearly see that they really put an effort in this and i hope their business will flourish as they do deserve that ! Besides i had received a lovely bracelet which i adore, someone really knows how to do their job ! I fully recommend their business and surely i will return as a customer ! In ❤️ with Indian Rose !

   Highly recommend this shop! I am not a local - but was introduced by a friend who is. If you want something that is totally different from what everyone else is wearing shop here. Occassionaly I drop by in person for a lovely browse and never leave empty handed! I mostly shop online and everythihg is always well packaged. Their clothes and gifts are beautiful and unique and I love them!

   Cannot recommend this shop enough!!! I used to shop there all the time whilst living in New Eltham; Having since moved to Norfolk 5yrs ago, I still do most of my clothes shopping here and get it delivered! The girls are wonderful but the stock is exemplary!! Beautiful, unique, amazing quality pieces all the time… I genuinely love it!!
