I went in today around 2:20. There was nobody in the shop, then one lady appeared from the back and opened the door. She let me look around for 5 mins then said I can’t browse as she has another customer. The lady did not smile and her customer service was poor, she kept on saying “we can do everything” despite my precise questions about dresses that would suit my silhouette. I did like an outfit unfortunately I’ll take my money elsewhere where they can offer good customer service. Zebaish just lost out on a bridal customer.

I can't praise Firoza enough. From my experience with her, I can honestly say she treats her customers with a lot of respect, kindness and empathy.
From my first visit to her store, Firoza and her husband were very polite and welcoming to myself and my mum. I had something very specific in my mind for my wedding dress and Firoza was amazing at understanding exactly what I wanted and she did everything she could possibly do to create my dream dress - and she didn't fail to deliver either.
Unlike other Asian dress stores I've had experiences with previously, Firoza stuck to her delivery dates and managed my expectations all the way through the process of my order.
She went completely above and beyond with my final dress fitting. Firoza and her tailor spent almost 5 hours on altering my dress, so it would sit perfectly.
I can assure you that Firoza isn't one of those 'sales people' who just cares about getting her money and sending you off on your way with something that you might not even be fully satisfied with. It's obvious she really cares about her customers' needs, she wants to see perfection in her designs and she wants only happy customers to leave her store.
When you visit Zebai'sh you might be a little overwhelmed with all the funky designs in store, but honestly, something told me I could trust Firoza with the most important dress of my life and I was completely right. She completely nailed my dress - it was exactly how I wanted it from head to toe.
Also too add, I tend to suffer from anxiety occasionally and you can only imagine how heightened my anxiety was leading up to my wedding. I can't even remember how many times I freaked out about 'how my wedding dress was going to turn out' and as a result contacted Firoza with ridiculous concerns and questions. She was always quick to respond to me and always tried her best to reassure me.
Lastly, every store has its own policies and procedures and Firoza's very good at making these clear from the get-go. In my experience with Firoza she always stays true to her word and she does her best to make you happy.

Hi I’ve just read the review from Lubna and I remember being in the shop on the same day and I did not see any aggressive behaviour towards them from Firoza or her husband and I’m sure each shop has a policy when items are bought in the sale and Firoza tells you that when you purchase the item and every shop has the same policy and there own policy to adhere to.I have shopped with Firoza for many years and never had a problem with delivery or quality of the clothes it has always been spot on and all alterations done before delivery. She has always gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction
