Tidy. I went there twice in one day lol. Both times clean and organised. Staff very helpful and fast. There was a gentlemen there before lunch who was super nice. 2nd time round lady helped pick my bag which was taking me ages. Sales items are never left to look like tack and easy to choose which is nice. Just wish there was some bloody reception.

I am writing this to congratulate the customer service in your Ilford branch. I was doing my last minute holiday shopping and left my whole shopping in your store after trying a pair of shoes. Many would of taken the items or left my other shopping items there. However one of your store members, a young woman had acknowledged this straight away and put on the side. As I reached the exit I had then realized ran back to the store. Where your staff had kept it behind the till for me.
