   This place is a rip off! I purchased some boots which were scuffed for £34. I still liked them & they were half price. When I got home I looked on Next & saw the same boots for £23, which I ordered & collected the next day & they are perfect! We think that we’re getting a bargain when we shop here but you’re not unless they have extra reductions

   I shop at the Woodgren Choice branch in London every time I'm there. The prices are incredibly reasonable. I'll be back in the new year and will be shopping like crazy. The downside is that you can't try on the products you're going to buy or like. Unfortunately, the staff never smiles.

   I recently visited Choice Barkingside and was very disappointed with their misleading sale labels. Several items were marked with special offers, but when I went to the counter, the staff simply said, “Sorry, that was the wrong label.” No apology, no effort to honour the advertised price — just a casual dismissal. This is not acceptable, especially when customers make purchase decisions based on the price tags displayed. It feels like a tactic to get people to buy items under false pretenses. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper labelling in the future. Definitely not the shopping experience I expected.

   Today my phone and bank card were stolen in this store, only the lady at the house saw where I put the phone and the card, when I saw that my phone was missing I went back to the store and asked the manager to check the security cameras, the manager checked and told me that he didn't see anything but that's impossible because, once I got home I checked my bank transactions and there it shows that 10 minutes after the phone and card disappeared the card was used in this store,so be very careful!!!!

   Staff members pushing in que and serving each other for ‘staff sales’ when paying customers are waiting in line. On challenge the justification is we have no other time to buy our things. Both staff members were shut up on being pulled up. Shocking and shameful behaviour of staff including manager. I could give a zero star if I could. Really shows the culture of the company towards its customers.

   Such a fantastic shop,for all sorts of people, wether your small, big, female, male, child, adult there is something for every one, clothes, shoes, bedding, kitchen, jewellery, travel there is so much you must visit. What even better the staff are wonderful, and the shop is clean.

   A little messy but it's the people shopping there pulling things about and leaving for the shop assistants to clear up again. They sell a variety of things with quite a few bargains. Well worth a visit .

   Nothing special in this store. Just some clothes from other shops, old collections that maybe they have it in the front of the store or on mannequins . Buying clothes from here that you can’t actually try them , bringing them back and get no refund , it’s like you’re stuck with the store in buying something else but definitely not giving your money back. This policy that they need to change. Refund needs to be applied on all items they sale not on specific one, this is robbery policy they use. Not happy with how this shop use to sale items or the policy they’ve use.
