   Went for my passport application today. I was amazed how fast and smooth the whole process was. I was in the centre at 9:30 am and was out by 10:30. No fuss, no power plays. All the staff were friendly and helpful, they step up immediately if you get stuck. They would also offer you seats, answer all your questions patiently and showed genuine care during the whole process. Thank you for your hard-work! Really appreciated!

   My experience here was good. Anita who’s at the front counter helped me so much with my first process. I was at the premium area, the staff was really helpful despite the painful document-process. Deepa was very friendly and also helpful looking through my documents. I’m always nervous doing this, so Deepa’s small conversations between the process calmed me. I’m a newbie in terms of going through this process, so I give 5 stars for the great hospitality and their patience with my limit knowledge. The minus part was that they didn’t tell you on the website what specific requirements you need to do for the photos, especially for Muslims (I applied for France visa). The staff just told me this and I had to re-did my visa photo. Overall, I had a decent experience here. Note: it’s nice to have all the snacks and drinks while I was waiting.

Special thanks to Mr. Rafael Santos for the excellent service. He was very professional, polite, and attentive. He carefully checked my documents and explained clearly, making sure everything was in order.

   Honestly amazing service all through! Special thanks to the manager Asanatu and Agent Yamini; they were both very patient and supportive. Customer service is key for me and I encountered lovely workers, they were all so efficient and helpful. From the lady that checked the appointment slip to the security who checked for safety and the receptionists, who assisted, they made this trip a memorable one.

   Review after visiting today. Premises is nice & clean, visa waiting room really crowded and waited almost 2 hours before being seen even though appointment was booked for 13:00. Babies/ children are not allowed into the visa waiting section which is a problem for parents with small babies but thankfully, I was let through with my 4 month old. Gentleman that served us at counter 4 was so friendly and professional. You will have no issues if you have all your required documents ready!

   I’ve had a great experience here every time I’ve come(twice so far), yes they’re busy but like most applications centres they are. They are by far the most organised and helpful. Hope you guys keep up the great service! I would also like to add to anyone reading this - if you have all the documents as they suggest to bring, you’ll have a smooth process. One suggestion to the centre - have more drinking water coolers. Thanks

   Very helpful and friendly staff. But this message is to senior management: please hire a bigger space or more staff or decrease appointment slots. The screening time and biometrics should take one hour max. Definitely not more than 2 hours. I believe this is due to overbooking. Many people voiced their concerns. And communication between teams can be improved through inputting reference/application numbers for biometrics properly and on time. Thank you!

   I've spent 5 hours 25 minutes in a queue on a bench in front of a monitor just to find out that my reference number somehow got lost. I was not the only lucky one. Same happened with a lady, she came at 12:45, while I arrived at 12:56 for my 1pm appointment. Human error obviously. Please change the process on arrival. Numbers should be issued automatically and printed (not handwritten as it is now). Would be VERY convinient to print a barcode alongside the number and set a barcode readers in the facility, so anyone can come and check his reference number. Useful information would be: 1) The number of people awaiting before you. 2) If you fancy to collect statistics, you can also make a prediction on approx waiting time left and display it to the user. You are welcome! I usually charge 500£ a day. But this time it is pro bono.

   I went to this place yesterday, It was a nervous experience but have everything copied and suitable pictures as the queue for the photo booth was huge. Phones are allowed. As long as you cover everything that is required, there shouldn't be an issue. I think It also depends on who you get to deal with your application. The chap that dealt with mine was nice but I'm glad I didn't his college next to him who seemed to have less patience
