First time in the shop today, and 8 years since I last went dress shopping. I have to say the support and guidance was exceptional and made the whole experience enjoyable. I'm now looking forward to wearing the dress and jumpsuit I bought. I will definitely be back.
Went shopping for a mother of the groom dress after going to a larger department store. Jasmine was amazing. So patient and bought me lots of dresses to try on. Went and looked for new stock and gave me an honest opinion. Thank you is not enough. I will be back as already ordered more
was looking for an outfit for my son’s wedding and can never find anything due to being short and slightly over weight. I came in to the store and the sales assistant asked me if she could help . She could see I was distressed , she put me at ease and fetched me some outfits . For the first time ever I found an out fit and hat and felt really special. As I wear uniform for my job I’m not very girly yet she made me feel very feminine. Thank you for the best service I have ever received in a clothing shop . Date of experience: 29 May 2025
Unprofessional behaviour /unpleasant of staffs.Gossiping about customers. Looking down on customers as if they can't buy or want to steal. There is racism in the store , looking down on BLACK CUSTOMER AND GIVING WHITE CUSTOMER, 1ST CLASS SERVICE. I will not be going back and l will tell people not to go to the store. Staffing needs to be changed to have better customer service. The older white staffs looks down on customers. Gossiping about the store.
The staff here were soo AMAZING!! My husband and I were looking for a dress for my birthday - didn't know what colour or anything, just that we would know it when we saw it. We saw it here in the display window. The staff and other patrons were very complimentary when they saw it on me. We also got a pair of shoes to compliment it! It was a beautiful, upscale, very attentive shopping experience and I would trust them implicitly if I ever was looking for a 'THE DRESS' again!
The assistant Bluewater branch) was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help us. Great range of quality dresses and thanks to the care and attention the assistant gave us was able to choose the perfect dress for my daughter's wedding. Thank you.

I love this shop, I had the loveliest young sales assistant who became my personal shopper! It is my go-to shop whenever I have a special event to go to. It is also well presented, with shoes, hats and jackets arranged with complimentary coloured dresses.
Pleasant experience in store, although many of the occasional dresses were low in many sizes. 2 ladies helped me the best they could to get me the right outfit. Even managed to get me a fascinator in the matching colour being sent from another store. I shall be returning here for my daughters wedding next March for their help.
