   Never had an issue with GSF, always accurate on parts, good pricing and availability, they are quick when purchasing parts in store unlike other places who have massive queues. Would recommend and definitely will return in the future!

   I gave them my car’s number, and after checking it on the computer, they gave me the wrong spark plugs. When I drove back after 20 minutes to get them changed, the guy refused to exchange them. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional — they don’t listen and just go to the back of the store. I waited for 20 minutes, but no one paid attention to me, so I finally left. Please don’t go there! If you do, make sure to double-check your order. They have really stupid and third-class staff!

   Difficult to get into, tucked away on a busy road. Fast moving. I had to turn around. Staff uninterested, great stock holding. Check on line, very fast service. Quick purchase. Pleased with it. Dangerous small car park. Probably better to park around corner and walk in.
