   I popped into this branch to find a jumper for my wife. As a man, I’m completely useless at choosing clothes, and nine times out of ten I get it wrong. Today, a young lady asked if she could help. She asked what my wife usually likes and picked out a few tops as suggestions. I chose one, took it home, and my wife absolutely loved it. The assistant was amazing. She introduced herself as Louise, and after speaking to my wife later, it turns out Louise has helped her in the past as well. Louise is a real credit to the Loughton branch. I hope this feedback is passed on to her with my thanks.

   Very disappointed with the service received in the store by a lady with short blonde hair. I went to exchange items bought as a gift and I did have the full receipt but the lady refused to exchange the items. I was quite upset and distressed by the behaviour and service received. I really felt like it was due to my background and felt discriminated. I then went to the next in Ilford and without any issues I was able to exchange my items. I will definitely not to go back to that store. I can see previous comments and I believe the store should be given appropriate training on how to serve customers fairly and appropriately.

   A shop attendant who tried to play pretend with the role of a security guard despite having no cause to do so. She ended up confessing that she did not hold that role. A truly ridiculous and laughable worker who I encountered today. I had only gone to Costa but somehow left with a bad impression of Next.

   Served by Susan who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Won't be going back to this store any time soon. Very disappointing. Staff in my local store are so helpful that I was shocked that they would allow this kind of behaviour, especially as I was new to the area. Not a great first impression.

   Walked into the women’s section and two members of staff were working on organising clothes at the front. I made my way to the back as I was looking for something specific. They looked me up and down and followed me to the back and pretended to then be working over there. Clearly thought I was suspicious because I don’t look typically white. Racial profiling at it’s best. Absolutely disgusted.

   I mainly use this store for click and collect. Service is always fast and if any problems are encountered they are usually resolved quickly. The staff have always been very friendly, particularly the small lady with a blonde bob ( she always greets me and remembers the children’s names) Her name is DAWN! Some of the younger team members could do with a dose of charisma.

   Utterly useless. Used their click and collect service. Waited 15 mins at the touch screen for my parcel. Nothing. Went to the till to ask if the machine was working. Was told to go back and wait by a rather rude member of staff who clearly could not be bothered to help. No apology for my wait. ZERO customer service. After 20 mins my parcel arrived, but the queue behind me was told a parcel was missing and to list the items they were expecting. Won’t be back.

   So after reading the reviews it’s clear I’m not the only one who experienced poor customer service from this store. The young girls at the til and general floor are not helpful at all. I spent half hour choosing my daughters clothes to go to the til to he served by a young girl named Lilly. As soon as I approached the til I overheard her gossiping about customers with her friend. This is really rude and poor behaviour as well as unprofessional. I bought £92.10 worth of shopping and when I paid she refused to accept my money because one of the £10 notes was Scottish. Scottish notes are legal tender in the United Kingdom. Unless they are fake a store cannot refuse them. I was so annoyed with the poor service I felt like a criminal trying to pay for my daughters clothes with my hard earned money. I would avoid this store the service is terrible I think the area manager needs to step in and have a staff audit
