We ordered 4 items but Received only 3. We contacted with whats up,emails, land line number but no answer. No mentioned about the other item missing will be refund or replace by something. Worse service.it was 1 st & It Will be the Last order.
I don’t think the dress I saw on their site and the one I received were the same dress, colour looked mauve online but received a brown dress, the trousers are really thin and low quality sorry to say. With Eid being a few days away I have no choice but to keep it, however the dress itself isn’t terrible, The dupatta is quite pretty and the delivery was free, also I received the dress within 3 days which was great.
Very lovely service, website was quick and efficient, nothing too complicated. my clothes were delivered straight away which was surprising as i thought it would take longer due to the pandemic, but received just before Eid. lovely quality of clothes for a brilliant price, would definitely recommend this place.
I ordered my Eid suit from rawaaj and couldn't be more happier. They have a great variety in clothes, reasonable prices and also amazing quality clothing. Fast delivery too for people staying in the UK :)
My experience with Rawaaj was good overall. I like that they make readymade suits with really nice designs, which is lacking in other online desi clothing retailers. Also love that they are based in the UK so delivery is quick. I contacted them via whatsapp and they got back to me within around 5ish hours. They were nice and polite :) my only problem is that the suit i ordered was a slightly different colour to what was shown on the model. (The model was wearing white and green whereas the suit i recieved was white and beigey/brown). I dont know if this is for all of their suits but keep this is mind if you're going to order
