The quality of clothing brought me back to this brand however I was so pleasantly surprised by Tracey during my shopping experience today. She was polite, knowledgable of the clothing within the shop and very very helpful! Tracey’s balance of professionalism and kindness felt like a breath of fresh air. Not only is she a credit to the Bluewater branch but the brand as a whole!!
Super helpful staff member today. Got exactly what I needed for my daughter because she was happy to spend time advising me and I'm delighted it fits perfectly. And they have a great range so I could get another pair of their leggings which wash and last brilliantly. Thank you!
