Awful returns policy. Claimed their staff have been trained to state their return’s policy at the point of purchase and reacted judgmental to my response of not recalling to have been told this. No discretion for first time customers. The call was with Bluewater shop
They change they’re policy returns Iv bought a blazer from here which was absolutely rubbish material just for them to say that it’s only 2 weeks for returning and not 28 days the blazer didn’t have a tag on when I bought it I ask the put a tag on it just in case if I have to bring it but they said they do not have another tag when I brought the blazer back the lady at the till she said she should not take it back as it has not tag on but it did not have one in the first and she was extremely rude as well I will not Shopp here any time soon save your money and Shopp eels where .

Amazing choice of clothes for ecery occasion, often great for evening wear and bling. Got fab shoes for holiday with jewels on for 16.99, absolute bargain
Small yet can offer a lot of different choices for women. The prices are not too high and if you are looking for different outfits that other may not have this may be place for you. The shop is easy to get around and queues are not big. You can get help fairly easily and everything is neat and tidy... plenty of sizes and options plus staff seemed friendly and ready to help.
