Shame they only have trade only sure they would get more customers if every one could get in touch I would love more genuine parts on my car shows you care about it
I’ve Used this company before as a rep asked us to use them and was ok, tried to use them today and spoke to a rude man who was very unhelpful and sounded like he didn’t like to be in work, I’m in the trade and was refused service as I don’t have an account no mention of this before when I’ve had parts from them before, no offer to open an account, definitely won’t be using again and definitely won’t be recommending to anyone in the trade

Refused my order of pads and discs for VW golf as they 'only deal with trade customers'. Glad they can afford to turn business away in the current climate Euro car parts were probably cheaper anyway and they were glad of the £180 worth of business !
Called up to reserve some parts, specified where I which branch I would be collecting them from and when. Was told that they were in stock and ready to collect, only to arrive and be told that they would be at a different branch.
