I love this branch as I find all the staff most helpful, personable and polite. If there is something that I can't find size wise in store they always go out of their way to store or online check for me. Thanks Ladies :)
I can honestly say I have never felt more uncomfortable in a shop in my whole life. The staff came across very arrogant and we felt judged from the second we walked in. As I was trying on shoes I could see them talking about me but when I was at the till they were encouraging a sale. A very disappointing experience and not to mention the shoes I ordered were a completely different colour as to what was advertised online. I can see why the shop is empty as I imagine people are intimidated to go in.
Tess worked over and beyond her duties for me as the dress, shoes and bag that I wanted to purchase where not in store or online in my size. Tess called many other stores and made arrangements to have my items sent to blue water for me to tryon. Very professional and friendly young lady that loved her job. Customer service was excellent. Why only two stars? Staff were nice but put off by a red dress being £275.00 and the identical dress in yellow had a reduction of £100.00 but not it's red partner. I feel there is no justification for such a high mark up apart from pure greed.
