   I wanted to leave some gentle feedback after a recent visit a week or before Christmas. I usually really enjoy this brand and find the stores welcoming and friendly, which is something I really value. On this occasion, the experience felt a little awkward. I wasn’t greeted when I came in, and there was no offer of help or even a goodbye when I left. A member of staff just watched me without saying anything which made me feel so uncomfortable. I completely understand that not everyone is naturally outgoing, but even a simple hello can make a big difference and help customers feel more at ease. I’m not sharing this to criticise, as I do still like the brand, but I thought it was worth mentioning as it did make the visit feel less comfortable than usual.

   I use this shop all the time and have never had an issue before. Today I purchased a dress which was priced at £24.99 and went to pay. Was told sorry but this dress should be £36.99 so someone has removed the stickers and put the lower price on. She did say I am not saying it's you which I hope she didn't think it was me but said sorry I can't give it to you for the lower price even though it was clearly marked at £24.99. I wasn't happy as I use this shop a lot and this was not good customer service. I even had to tell her that it would be a good idea then to go and check the other dresses as this will happen to more customers. Firstly they should have honoured the price and secondly another customer then told me the same thing had happened to her so it should have already been checked. Also they should have printed labels and not stickers. Bad customer service.

   I was followed around the store as if they thought I was a theif whilst trying to find an outfit, no one said hello or asked if I needed any help, I asked if they had a particular item of clothing they just nodded no. Made me feel really uncomfortable when I was followed into the changing rooms. No smiles or nothing from the staff.. wouldn't recommend this store

   Attended just before 7pm. Apparently closing times not back to pre covid which we didn't realise. Was in changing room till just before closing. Staff were both pleasant but not overly helpful I assume as they were wanting to finish No staff manning changing rooms so I was running around for my wife instead

   I don't come here regularly, but I like their clothes, especially as I can get into a smaller size than other shops! Prefer Yours to Evans. Everything very reasonably priced.Got black sparkly top for a party. Good fit, looks really nice and a bargain at £21.99
