   I went to fatface bluewater with my mum today There today we had a look around at all of very lovely and beautiful clothes that they have there at fatface bluewater My mum bought me a very lovely long sleeves top jumper perfect for the winter months and for when the weather gets much colder outside I really liked the big sale you had going on today Best clothes sale I have been to I really happy when shop do sales because they have plenty of clothes and things to buy it's so amazing and very good as well Then we went to pay for my long sleeves top jumper The lovely lady that serve us was super lovely kind and very friendly She had a very lovely smile on her face which was very lovely to see The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very lovely friendly welcoming I had a very lovely second experience there today at fatface bluewater This place gets it's second 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

   Service very poor yesterday. Staff lied to me on the phone. When I made a two hour journey from Tonbridge. I discovered she lied and called her out on it she was unapologetic and said oh well at least you were able to change it. Won't be shopping at fat face Bluewater again. Not the kind of service I would expect

   Helpful friendly definatly use the store again. Staff were engaging helpful, looking to see if the had a different size in the back when asked. Had a good knowledge of the offers available. A great experience.
