   I asked for a 2 cm x 2 cm photo. The staff ignored my request and printed a U.S. visa photo instead. I had clearly told her I didn’t want that size. When I questioned it, she refused to fix the mistake and told me to leave the shop. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and I felt discriminated against. Very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.

   The lady works there was really rude and has no sense about customer service. There was a poster stating the shop email address and asking to send our documents to take print outs. She said the shop doesn't have proper Internet connection and asked us to stand outside when the email was clearly sent from our end. The shop doesn't have Internet was clearly not the customer's fault. When we asked whether it needs refreshing, her answer was it doesn't need any refreshing which was highly questionable. She didn't even acknowledge us at the entrance or talked to the customer in a pleasant manner.

   Popped in on the off chance to get a portrait of my granddaughter today, 25/4/25. The staff were just lovely, very accommodating as someone had not turned up. The photos were stunning and I came home with them. Thank you ladies, I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

   Staff are great and very helpful. The prices are insane but that’s just the cost of living crisis I reckon! Used to be much cheaper for film rolls and to develop a roll, but it’s just different nowadays. I had two black and white rolls developed and it came to £24! Great photos though. Some of the photos below are those I had developed!

   Josie literally saved me big time. Really happy with the service. Highly recommend this place. I needed to print some documents and this was the only place I could find that's open on Sunday. You can send the files to their email so very convenient.

   Incompetent! Went there to take my graduation photos and they refused to take a picture claiming they had another shoot in 45 minutes and they turned me down despite seeing me there with the graduation dress. THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART. I booked for the following day and they are just incompetent in taking pictures. There were two girls. The one who took my picture looked like she never took a picture in her whole life. A 4 year old can take a better picture, she left a lot of white space at the top of my picture and I, the subject, was at the bottom of the photo and not at the centre. My graduation dress was not straight on one side and they did not bother to tell me to fix it. They seemed rushed and it all took 3 minutes if not less, pictures were so ugly I asked them to retake them and at that point the other girl started guiding the one taking my pictures because I think she just started or something; hello?? did she even study basic photography? and don't get me started on the useless packages and the prices. You get to only choose 3 pictures for an enormous amount of money and they print t5 or so different size of said pictures. What do I need these many pictures for? My grandkids and the neighbours? You should have a package where you can pick more than 3 pictures not 3 pictures in different sizes, no one needs that. GET TRAINING AND IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never be back here. Don't walk away run! dont recommend.

   £16 for 2 5x5 cm photos, really expensive compared to other places. Also they were very superficial when I asked if it's ok that I worn my backpack during the photo shooting. Been told that they never had an issue about that. (you mean that you specifically took pictures of people wearing a backpack and there was no issue?) When I asked if I can retake the photos, they told me that because I put my email in their system and they emailed me the photos I can't retake them. I don't disagree with the process, but would've been much appreciated if that information was told me before putting my email in.
