I have been a client of this firm for almost three years, primarily in relation to landlord and tenant matters. While I initially gave a five-star review, my experience over time has been very disappointing. There have been multiple errors and lapses in communication which have caused me significant stress, wasted time, and financial loss. For example, I was advised on the validity of a Section 21 notice which later proved to be defective, resulting in a failed eviction attempt. On their advice, I also pursued a rent arrears claim, but nearly a year later I was informed by Amin Haque Solicitirs that the rent increase notice relied upon was invalid and that the claim was unlikely to succeed. By then, considerable time and costs had already been wasted. In addition, their standard of communication has often been unacceptable , emails have sometimes gone unanswered for weeks, and important updates were not provided in a timely manner. In my opinion, this firm has not acted with the diligence and care that a client is entitled to expect. Based on my three years of experience, I cannot recommend their services.

T feels completely conned and mislead by this company. They have exploited and took advantage of T's cognitive disabilities. They have been focussed on money and not repairs. They told T and I quote, " dnt worry T we will get leaking sewage pipe removed from your bedroom and get you permission to build extension to make room for you and your carer, which is needed due to your most recent lung disease diagnosis. I'm FULL TIME LIVE IN CARER for T and yesterday I had a very difficult conversation with sumone called oluwolaluma,??? to be totally honest I cud hardly understand the mans accent and he answers his phone with a very rude "hello" Due to communications issues, they have made no reasonable adjustment to accommodate T's needs . No duty of care applied wot so eva. The answering attitude is awful. Despite T engaging them to get repairs done all he told me yesterday was the following, " T will need to diplomatically ask housing to remove sewage pipe after claim. Its disgusting behavor. This company need to take this review as an official complaint made on behalf of TS. Its an outrageous way to bully a very vulnerable adult. P
