   Excellent customer service from Alice. I ordered a hoodie online and there were problems with the deliveries. Alice kept me updated on the delays and emailed me as soon as my order arrived. Very polite, friendly and helpful.

   I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. Dan, the manager, was absolutely amazing, indescribably helpful and friendly. I would say he deserves a promotion, but he is already in the right position! I would absolutely recommend paying this store a visit if you ever get a chance!

   Went in for a Padded Jacket, but even the XXL was too tight under arms and pulled on the chest, (I wear Large normally, including the jacket I was wearing when I went in). I must admit I was a nice jacket at £99, but if it don't fit...... Got practically the same padded jacket in Marks & Spencer for £60 but it fitted perfectly.

   I had a great experience at Superdry today. Truth be told I didn't know there was a store here which was a pleasant surprise. The staff helped me out with an item I was interested in and in the end I got what I was looking for, win-win!

   I don't like this store because we went there for do some shopping and my little daughter took a small carton or paper from the floor and she was playing with it and we came out the store. I saw the security man came to ask give the paper back to the shop and my daughter got so upset and cried so much. Surprisingly , if you go upstairs there is so messy and you can see these paper on the floor. EVEN I DON'T WANT TO GIVE ONE STARE

   I don't think I have been to a Superdry store, but I went to this one to get some Christmas gift vouchers for my son. The shop was well stocked and I had a marginal browse through the items in the front of the store. These days, and in my later life, I get hot and bothered browsing in shops as I have 'done it all and got the T-shirt' as the saying goes. And I eventually managed to get the gift voucher after a tardy wait.
