   Experienced terrible management here so many times. Today they Que was out of the front doors to the shop as they only had two girls serving. They have other tills and employees roaming around to open the other tills, terrible management once again.

   The staff are really friendly and will help you find the right items you need. It is always a pleasure being served by Dawn who was helping my son in the fitting room. She was so kind and helped him to see if the clothes were the right sizes. I hope head office recognises her and gives her a raise

   I used to love shopping H&M online years ago, but for the last 3 times I've been into this H&M store, I've actually come out empty-handed. It was either I didn't find anything I fancied or I was able to find the item cheaper elsewhere. They do have some nice items, though, but maybe they just haven't appealed to me for the above reasons.

   Walked into the store at 6pm to have the manager stomp over & shout “we are closing now!” Even though the store sign said closed at 7pm. As me & my family were rudely turned away, 2 other people walked right in without so much as a glance. Do wonder if my skin colour played a part?. Disappointing on so many levels. Your manager is atrocious!!! I would’ve liked to put no stars but wouldn’t be able to write a review otherwise.

   H&M is a very cool place to shop. They are quite organised and not as rowdy as Zara. They are not only an affordable High street brand but they have unique pieces and very good quality as well. I highly recommend.
