Services are not even 1 star unprofessional people delayed my passport for 4 days and when I called then the representative said we cannot guarantee if I will even get my travel document tomorrow or even when will I get it. Thatβs your only job to deliver if you cannot guarantee then who will and close the business if you canβt do. I do understand 1 or 2 days delay but what sort of answer is this we cannot guarantee even tomorrow

Ordered 2 rugs from Next. Received a text the day after from DX Delivery saying they would deliver on 31/10 between 8am and 6pm. I checked the website on the day and it said it was out for delivery. I took the day off work and waited in all day About 5pm i decided to ring them as they hadnt arrived. The girl said they arent due to be delivered today?! I explained id received a text and checked the website and both had said delivery on 31/10. She then said, oh yes, they were put on the van, then taken off again! I said, so why has no one phoned or texted to tell me. She then got a bit shirty saying we dont do that! I asked her when will they be delivering and she said well it will be Monday now. So, ive wasted a days leave, and stayed in all day, i'm absolutely fuming and going to try and cancel the order with Next. Terrible delivery service and not too nice customer support!

Driver didnβt ring doorbell, must have just knocked on the door, didnβt hear them, got a text message advising they had attempted delivery. Used the on-line chat to try and get them to redeliver same day, no chance, best they could offer was for us to collect from depot some 18 miles away. As the delivery was needed for a job the following day had no choice but to drive through rush hour traffic as only available to collect between 5-6pm once the driver had got back to the depot

As you can see these guys have a track record of absolutely messing up deliveries. Yet zero accountability and nothing can be done. My documents hadn't even left the depot yet they lied on email twice on two separate days that its out for delivery. I sat with the door open waiting and then get an email informing me that delivery was attempted but nobody was in. All whilst I was sat there waiting after taking days off work yet messed around on both days. Despite all the failings the customer service then asks me to collect it myself from depot. I have put a complaint in and I still want answers as to why i was lied to and missed two days of work for no reason. Diabolical!

I defenetly dont recomend this company. Courier misses me a couple times left me different tracking numbers, i am recieving message that my parcel has been delivered but no courier arrived. I ve been 2 times to pick up my parcel from their trafford warehouse, they couldn t find it in there i think they lost it. Very bad !!! Avoid them at all cost

When the drivers come to collect packages, they are great. However, it seems to be luck of the draw if the Driver gets out of the car to ring the doorbell for collections or, weather they come within business hours. Both of these things seem to happen more often than not. We're a small business so the cheaper price was better and how local they were, however the time and cost of having to ensure the driver actually gets to the office is no longer worth it.

Waited all day for 'Next Day' delivery then eventually received email saying driver couldn't access property and delivery will be rescheduled. All he had to do was ring my doorbell which is easily accessible from street. Obviously he made no attempt to deliver item. Absolutely useless, and very inconvenient.

DO NOT USE Joke of a company received email saying parcel WILL be delivered between 16.33 and 18.33 Weds parcel never got delivered and went back to depot got message day after (Thurs)parcel will be delivered between 16.12 and 18 .12 today tracking stopped at 15.13 rang depot they asked me what was in my parcel?? Like its any of their business they then said it would be delivered just after 5pm ..it wasn't and phones shut down at 17 40 even though they are meant to be there till 6pm (Answer to.reply) I have cancelled my order with the supplier and received a refund I notified them of DX Delivery's incompetence and added that I will not be ordering anything at all from them until they change couriers

Truthfully I felt nervous coming here due to the inaccurate reviews I read however when we went it was the complete opposite. The man at the counter was very patient and explained all the steps needed to post some documents to the US Embassy. Would highly recommend
