Lovely friendly staff. Went to return a dress I purchased online but didn't realise as I paid through Amazon I had to return direct to them To save me returning home a lovely member of staff packaged up the item in their returns bag so I could pop over the road and return it via post office. Wonderful Customer Service.

Really disappointed. Went in to the Upminster branch to buy a cheap woollen hat as I'd left my favourite one at home. The bobble hats (couple of different styles) had fur bobbles attached. I am reasonably sure they were real fur, probably rabbit and cat fur respectively as they passed the "blow test" and you can tell real fur from faux fur really easily by blowing on it, The hairs separate easily if it's real fur. Both hats I looked at were made in China - where it's easier and cheaper to source cat fur than it is the faux fur/artificial fur fabric. Has anyone else noticed?
