Very compassionate and caring staff after some events with the individuals I support. (Unfortunately I cant go into detail). But they were awesome and deserve a lot of reapect
Thank you so much for your kindness today when I had issues with the payment method. I was so embarrassed! For those who don’t know, my bank blocked the payment to the cafe due to ‘a suspected fraudulent transaction’ and so I’d already consumed some of the food and drink when we’d all realised that. So, the gentleman very kindly went through the account details about 3-4 times with me, reading it out for me as I’m visually impaired, then waited patiently as I resolved it with the bank. It was incredibly stressful worrying what was going on with my account, as I initially assumed that maybe there was something wrong with my funds, setting off high cortisol levels that later caused me to pass out (my medical alert dog warned me in advance, of course). I was in a tense state of mind worrying about this, as well as feeling very embarrassed about not having cash on me to pay straight away. Despite this, the staff were all kind and thoughtful, helping me to resolve the issue without drama or judgment. Of course, for atmosphere, they get 5 stars, as well as 5 stars for service. The coffee itself was delicious, and the food totally scrumptious too! Being dog friendly was a plus, and the other dog in there was very calm and well behaved after an initial attempt at greeting my assistance dog when she was working (I took her work gear off and let them greet, rather than arguing with the owner).
Need to either adhere to your opening hours or update them on Google and your website. Tried to visit on Friday at 5:10pm, as Google states open until 6pm and website 5:30pm, but the doors were already locked resulting in much disappointment after a long day at the park.
Very clean, excellent choice of pastries, coffee & tea, cold drinks, waffles, gelato and shakes. So good and such a nice treat after walking around the wildlife park. Or even before for a bit of breakfast!
A little bit overpriced the food , to be honest, but good quality and excellent service, outstanding.
Amazing gelato and coffee at Cornerstone Gelato. Well worth a visit even if you're not going to the park. They also have another coffee shop around the corner which is fantastic. Great service, great food, really can't fault it - A*!!!
