I love your matchas and pistachio crossaunts but this has been the second time I ordered from uber eats and my orders were not complete! you only gave me a card, instead of refunding me or if the food was not available you could of taken it off on the list! very disappointed!
Always great service from the staff. They work quick and efficiently. The place doesn't have a great layout. There's only a few 'comfy' chairs. The bottom area is better than the back area. The back is more like an old working man's club with the padded seats around the walls and a mish mash of unmatching furniture. The toilets need updating asap as they are also very dated and more suited to a grotty pub. Shame as it could be really nice and it's location is smack in the centre of Doncaster.

Lovely little cafe with great service. Used my free drink with octoplus and got my son a gingerbreadman, which he loved and ate the whole lot in less than 5 minutes. Free wifi is a bonus just for this little pit stop to feed my babies before an appointment. Will be back
Don’t have an issue with Nero. But do NOT order from them using UBER EATS. The drivers are con artists. Order didn’t arrive and was charged. Struggled to get in contact with Uber eats so didn’t get a refund. If I was Cafe Nero I’d stop using Uber eats! It reflects badly on you.
OK coffee, a bit too strong for my liking but that's just me but there is great options for vegans. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible and the doors are really heavy which doesn't help when you have a pram. The staff however are always friendly. Unfortunately I don't tend to stay in as I always feel a bit awkward, the crowed tends to be mainly older people and I feel very watched.
The coffee is very good. Service is a little stately but worth the wait. It's a nice place to relax but can be quite noisy dependent on the other clientèle.
The latte was nice and hot and tasted lovely,the place was busy with people coming and going,staff were friendly and place was clean
