   Balby Morrisons cafe has gone down hill. I've not been for some years. The place looks rough. Missing tables and chairs. And ordering wow. I had to clean the table before sitting down and I ordered cottage pie and peas and gravy. When it came it was like a pig slopes. I looked like they just throne it on the plate. I will not be visiting morrisons cafes again.

   No stars from me!! But appears you have to put at least 1 star to post a review!! What is the point of this?? Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. I initially ordered through just eat. Half my items were missing. Which is surely not up to the delivery driver to check as hes packing the meals up. That lies with the cafe staff to give all that was orderd on line. The just eat delivery man dropped my food and left me to pick it up because he was afraid of a cat that was near my front door. He was so rude . So not only half my order was missing I literally had it thrown at me. Shall not be ordering again. Absolute sham

   Had an early start on Grandad/Noon care, plus school run. Onward to Morrisons for a delicious brekky/bacon butty. Overall excellent food, good drinks & excellent service. Couldn't fault our visit.

   The place was filthy, the floors were bad, the tables worse. Even the “clean” trays were dirty. Some of the menu wasn’t available, what did arrive could barely pass for food, I would not feed it to the pigs. Needless to say we won’t be eating at Morrison’s again.

   Such a shame you can no longer swap breakfast items. Instead you can say, I'm allergic to certain mushrooms so can i swap that for say a half tomato or egg,... No longer allowed free of charge.... Any extra item is charged at 75p Even half a tomato!!!, Come on?!! Extra bacon I paid for didn't come til nearly finished or the egg on the small breakfast never came And by this time we'd finished eating anyhow So gave up on it. Little wonder the cafe was empty. All the changes have lost customers

   Not a fan of this cafe in particular, very unorganised, feels like staff have been thrown in at the deep end with no training. The wait is so long, you see all the food under the hotplate as the small pass waiting and waiting and waiting to be picked up and taken out which seems to take forever, by the time you get it, it's cold. Cannot complain on price but but is this the compromise for bad service. The barista cafe when you enter the supermarket though is great for a fast service. Hot coffee and one of the best hot chocolates I've had from a takeaway service.
