   I want to find and have a loyal and honest solicitor representing me who look out for me and put me first. Usually dealing with councils take ages. I bought a business recently and the property is owned by the Bury Council. UMAR MUNIR represented on my behalf and help me sign the lease within days. In parallel he dealt with the seller solicitor for purchasing the business and keep me posted for every single step. Usually people are running behind othe whole process was handled with empathy and compassion. I was made to feel that nothing was to much trouble; they went above and beyond my expectations. In addition to this they were incredibly knowledgable and were able to put my mind at ease regardless of how many (silly) questions I threw at them. Their legal fee is very reasonable and, compared to 7 firms I approached for the same matter, Lawman’s solicitor quoted me almost half compared to what others were asking. I will not only not hesitate to recommendo them but will 100% be instructing them again should I ever require a solicitor. Once again special thanks to Mr Farul Mian and Mr Umar Munir.
