   Visited to get trousers tailored, measurements and pinning was done fine on the day. Been over a week, no call, no message and nobody ever answers the store phone. Went in face to face to speak to them, couldn't give me a straight answer, seemed to forget that they said trousers would be ready in a week, no response to not answering the store phone and was then told they wouldn't really have time to tell me if my trousers were ready or not. Make it make sense. Had I known I would have just done this all in Westfield and had a 1-2 day turnaround. I now have the number of the tailor they use and will have to contact them directly

   Customer service was excellent, 5 stars. Selection is good but missing a relaxed fit which is why I gave it 4 stars. The blonde lady was kind and the new man from Abasynia was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. There was also another Indian man who had a professional manner. Excellent customer service. Needs a greater range of products and less tight trousers.

   I’m basing this review purely on the staff. I hired suits for my wedding and was helped by Katerina who was extremely helpful and polite. I was even allowed to take home a few pocket square examples to see which best matched the bridesmaids dresses before we made a decision. Very kind and professional. As a constructive comment for Moss I think it’s best you take payment over phone or online for Hires, requesting customers travel to pay in store seems like a step backwards. I’m still not a massive fan of Moss after my experiences with other stores though.

   Went in on a Sunday afternoon and had to ask for some help, as there were 2 members of staff just standing there looking down on us. like the sketch in Pretty Woman. After they decided who’s was going to finally help, the enthusiasm was at a real low. If you don’t want to be there or help, LEAVE… Needless to say we did not buy anything and we will never be returning again.

   Walked in to the shop after phoning the store and speaking to a member of the sales staff. I was looking for a suit for a funeral and was running out of time. The lady that I had spoken to remembered our earlier chat and within 30 minutes had found me an amazing suit that fitted perfectly. I'm fussy and hate shopping but this angel that served me was amazing and as I told her deserves a promotion.

   Worst experience ever!! We went here to hire 3 suits for our 3 boys for our wedding.we picked out 3 light blue 3 piece suits he measured the boys up and said he would call us when they arrive in store.once they called to say the suits were in we took the boys in to try them on (3 days before the wedding).the first boy puts his suit on he comes out to show us he had light blue jacket and waist coat and dark blue trousers.the 2nd boy came out he had light blue jacket grey waistcoat and dark blue trousers.the 3rd boy had light blue jacket and waistcoat and dark blue trousers that didn’t fit how wrong could This guy get it? We couldn’t even get 1 suit in the correct colour.so we had words with the guy ( deputy manager) he tells us he will correct all the issues and the suits would all be done and correct and In store the next day.so we Said we want to bring the boys back the next day to try all the suits on Again as we was leaving for Blackpool the day after to get married there.he told us we couldn’t go and collect the suits the next day as he wouldn’t be there and so he would send them by dpd direct to our hotel in Blackpool.although we wasn’t happy to do This as he had already got it so wrong we didn’t have a choice.he assured us that the suits will all arrive in the correct colour and sizes.we arrived in Blackpool to find our boys suits had arrived and Decided to try them on.they sent us 5 pairs of trousers ( was supposed to be 3 pairs) none of the trousers fitted.2 1 waist coat ( should of been 3) and 2 jackets (also should of been 3).so our boys did not get a suit for our wedding instead they had to go in shorts and t shirts due to this guy’s incompetence.so I rang moss bros to explain how he had ruined our wedding.he then comes out with a story saying we was supposed to collect 1 suit on the Thursday.but he had made it very clear that we couldn’t collect any of our suits as he wouldn’t be there and so they would all be sent by dpd and 1 suit still wouldn’t of helped the situation!!!!.so he basically lied to try to get out of the situation he caused and ruining our wedding.plz steer clear of this shop especially if u want wedding suits they have absolutely no clue!!!!!

   In the last 3 years I have bought 2 suits and many shirts and ties from here. It is a bit out of my price range but the quality is very good and all staff are incredibly professional. I especially want to say a big thank you to the tall brunette who helped me with my wedding suit. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied without being pushy. She even recognised me recently and asked how the wedding went as it was nearly 3 years ago. Overall outstanding service by everyone.
