   On Saturday 25th Feb I went into your store in Uxbridge and bought a pair of Track bottoms and bought a pair of shorts for my wife Spent around £85 All seemed good paid and left ,when I went into m and s also in uxbridge the security alarm went off ,the security team wanted to check my bags just incase I stole something, After looking through my bags the super dry bag with my items I bought my wife’s shorts had the security tag still on there, Lucky the receipt is was still in bag and security let me go ,how embarrassing, I went back to store and told them and the staff removed the tag ,and apologised, It’s now 12.30am I have just taken the items out of the bag and found that my track bottoms still has the tag on I’m not happy so now I have to go back to the store to remove the tag, one wasting my time / petrol and pay for parking , This is unacceptable,I will be taking the bottoms back for a full refund And I want compensation for my time and fuel and parking again in uxbridge , More to the point why are you exit security alarms not working as I left and returned and then left again without them going off ,this is a waste of your time using tags And you are wasting customers time on returning items back to the store

   My second purchase at this store however I felt really uncomfortable when paying for my purchase. Female manager stood at the till as though I was a thief. Happened on my previous purchase with male manager. Order on line next time Satisfied with purchase.

   You can tell when an item of clothing comes from this shop. It has very subtle markings on it...SUPERDRY!!! That aside, some of their clothing is very good and I like the staff in here. Very helpful.

   Fantastic customer service, can't fault. Coat material went funny after 2 months wear and they exchanged for a new different coat straight away, no quibble. Thanks to the manager who even recognised us from serving us 2 months ago!!
