Extremely bad experience at the entrance door. The store was not closed but the person at the door said it’s closed still there was 5-7 minutes left to closed but the guard didn’t allow to come in and it was just for a collection…ridiculous service…should not show store open until 8pm.
Such poor customer service. Bought a couple of H&M home products, one of which arrived chipped, went to return it in store and was advised by the “manager” that they couldn’t accept it as they don’t accept H&M home products; As it wouldn’t fit in their returns container and as it was chipped, it wasn’t safe for them to accept. The lady on the til accepted the other product to return which was also a H&M home product without even checking if it was in the box. She just processed the refund. Really…? Surely, train staff to check if products returned in boxes are even in there…!
A great H&M branch, possibly the best I've visited, plenty of natural lights and artificial and a modern interior, self checkouts too.

This store really does downgrade H&M; I love their clothes and mainly shop online for this exact reason. The customer service in the Hayes store is a joke, staff are always so unattentive and there is zero customer care - there is always a huge Que with only 1 person serving meanwhile the others are standing around chatting. I went in to return 2 items, ended up waiting almost 40 minutes in the Que and no apology from the sales advisor and her attitude showed she did not want to be there at all. The rails are always a mess and in general it’s not a great shopping experience - avoid this store unless you have no other option.
The waiting time for the que to pay in this store is always so long. I stood and watched four members of staff standing around talking whilst I waited up to 15 mins in que with one lady working the till. I don’t understand. It’s always the same. The ladies and children wear is the most disorganised chaos with clothes on wrong size hangers. Be prepared to wait in que to pay for any items.
I went to store have been trying and choosing clothes without notice they decide to shut the fitting rooms and i spent enough time choosing what i need to buy! Instead i was provided with an abrupt answer today our manager decided to close it early! You can buy it and return it! Who pays for the transport for coming and returning it! Atleast they should announce we are closing early! Etc. Worst service.
Never write reviews but I work in retail and know the importance of good customer service. First thing is that the trading hours state that closing is at 8pm. I tried to enter the store at 19:47 and was told no. I was let in after explaining to the guard that stores must follow they’re stated trading hours and should let me in as I still had 13 minutes and no intention to browse, only to return an item. As I went to the till the girl serving me was not friendly and seemed like she didn’t want to be there, did not greet me or smile even after I apologised for needing a refund close to the end of the day. To be honest, this is not a good level of customer service, it doesn’t matter whether you’re closing or not, they should at least have a smile on their face
Clothing shop for whole family. It is very convenient to have H&M at door step. Quality of goods at affordable prices.
Went there for first time I really impressed by the shop size there it’s really big,spacious and clean as well. Definitely recommend.
