Really impressed, prices were reasonable and the guy who was running the shop was extremely helpful. Helped me with fit, colours ect, couldn't of asked for more. If I need a suit again then I won't be going anywhere else anymore!
Walk in asked what's a nice summer suit colour and Matt knew exactly would work for me and could tell my size by just looking. Got my size spot on and fitted perfectly. Service level was perfect, really happy overall! Thank you.
We used Suit Direct in Watford to source suits for our wedding. The salesmen were incredibly helpful and tried every route to get all the right sizes for a number of suits. They were also very knowledgeable and able to provide some great recommendations for tailoring, accessories, and ideas. There was a delay with the suit bags but they contacted us as soon as they were available.
Wanted a normal black suit regular fit. No luck at Marks and Spencer or Next. SD Watford staff was so helpful and we ended up leaving with two wonderful suits! Very happy with the service, price and quality of the suits. Will definitely come again!
Shopping for wedding, grooms suit. Really good experience purchasing a suit for our soon to be son in law. Excellent choice of suits with a non pressure approach from the staff. The manager Roger (over 35 years selling experience) really helped us choose the right combination of suit and wastecoat. We never felt rushed or pressurised into buying a particular outfit. Highly recommended this shop.
Went here to shop for wedding suits Quinnley and Jake were both very knowledgeable and helpful. My partner and I managed to find suits which worked well for us, and they make it easy for us to get tailoring done to slightly adjust our suits to our needs.
Rahul and the team at Suit Direct Watford have a fantastic store, the selection of suit styles was far better than most other high street offerings. I was treated to some of the most attentive customer service I've ever received, with personal recommendations on the suit style and fits that I could work with. Not only that but I needed some alterations (being short and stocky) and one call to their tailor later and a same day turnaround was sorted to shorten the trousers and the jacket sleeves. Great work team from a very happy customer!
