   Visited last weekend however there was an Asian lady at the till who was not interested to serve. I carried something that I wanted to buy as I had the credit note of £30 however this lady kept on speaking with assumptions without letting me ask what I want and why I am here. Finally when I got a chance to speak, I showed her the credit note, without even going through she said it’s not the correct one. This is funny, without reading the paper who knew it’s incorrect. I had no patience to educate her. I have the receipt, happy to share which clearly has a bar, code and says credit note £30.

   Was served by a lovely young lady from Moldova. I am not very good with fashion but within minutes had the hoodie, tops , metal straws and water bottle that I liked. She was able to professionally handle 3 highly demanding customers at once even bringing out specific clothes for all of us at the same time.Great efficiency. Very friendly and informative at the till. Very impressed

   Good shipping experience in here. While I didn't buy anything a male assistant was very useful and actually gave me tips. A welcome changes from the monochromatic assistants in other chains and other branches of this chain.
