I turned up on a Saturday and was greated by a very professional set up they retrieved the part I needed at a great price I was on my way in no time Fitted the part worked perfectly
It was great service saw item on Ebay for 19.99 was local to me so drove there they done it for a tenner over the moon thankyou will definitely use again
They'd sold what I'd thought I'd verbally agreed to buy just before I got there. Not a trustworthy company, remember: it's not yours until it's in your hands. Waste of time, petrol and effort. I've come across businesses like this in Africa, this is the first time I've seen a company operating this way here.
DO NOT USE this company. They have accepted back the leaking gearbox they sold us, yet refuse to process a refund as we're outside of the return window (which is why we agreed the return before dropping it back). They say that 'eBay will not let them'! Speaking to eBay I am told JST have the ability to do this. Unfortunately untruths being told. I will remove this review and cancel the trading standards case if they process my £159 refund. 16/12/24 update after their response: your company agreed to the item being returned and refunded prior to the eBay return being processed. Stop blaming eBay
Lovely brother working here. Not sure if he was the owner or not, but he treated me so respectfully. Purchased a mercedes engine. Explained and gave me all details regarding the engine. Mileage it had already done, injectors and turbo. Put it on pallet and strapped safely for me to take away. They sell various mercedes car parts all at a very reasonable rate.
Item was as described, Customer service was very good the guy working there is very helpful and understands everything about parts. Very happy with the service and will defo recommend.

I asked for citroen c3 front bumper, through gumtree, said available, I ask for adress, I driven more than 60 mile ,when got there, it sold some one else, Are they Trust worth? !!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Offered me a part for a customer of mine at £80.00 went to check out and they had relisted the item for £199.00+£50 postage when I called up they couldn’t care less wouldn’t honour it. Very unprofessional. Not helpful. AVOID!
I would just like to express my thanks to JST. I ordered a satnav dvd reader for my Freelander and found that it wasn't actually my original that was at fault. Thomas was great - arranged for collection and gave me back a full refund. Wonderful service and thank you - despite me getting it wrong in the first place! Wholly recommend these guys!
