Have been using these guys for a few years - they sell really good pre-tested components. The service is professional and technical knowledgeable is good. They are a bit expensive compared to others but the items are of good quality and compatibility.
After being on the hunt for parts for my defender, i had lost all hope. Until, i came across this wonderful yard. The service from the get go was immaculate and i could not fault it at all. On top of that, the time management from the office to the on-site engineer left me speechless. The desk office manager was very helpful and even went the extra mile to ensuring that all my needs were met! I honestly cannot recommend this place enough, i will 100%be returning. Phoned the company to ask if they had a door to go straight on to a car, I was told they did in the right colour and was available the next day. Was told £370 complete. Then after door was paid for they went to get it. After more than an hour wait I was brought a shell of a door, no fittings, not even a screw, no glass in the window, no electrics literally a door shell. When told that was not what had been asked for, was told that is what you have paid for! Will never use them again and would not recommend anyone else to.
Couldn’t fault the service one bit - gave them a call in search of a specific section of wiring from the main body harness of a car. Chap on the phone was quick to locate the wiring, fire me over a picture and confirm pricing I went to collect, and the required section was quickly removed from the car while I was there. Nice clean removal with plenty of excess length on the cables with a clean cut an all connectors etc intact Quick hassle free service, unfortunately had a bit of trouble with my bank on the day, but they were very patient with me while the issue was sorted Would happily recommend them, and there’s a good chance I’ll be back myself soon enough!
Following a recent hit-and-run to a Volvo XC40, the guys here had a rear o/s door in the same colour. Communication around collecting the door and swapping the two complete ones over was made quickly. I got a bodyshop in West Yorkshire to take the old door off and to hold the car overnight. We then set off for the West Midlands and made the exchange/paid for the new door. Next day, our bodyshop fitted the new door (also from a 2023 car, like our car) in a matter of minutes. It also meant that whilst there have been costs involved, that a claim on our car’s insurance has been avoided. The whole process cost less than the excesses on our policy (not including any raise in premiums). This firm have been good guys to deal with, both in terms of cost, communication, service and helpfulness.
