   This company adertised a robe as high-cotton content, and yet it is over 80% polyester! Plus, stitching errors abound and customer service that tries to convince you that it is actually cotton and that the label on the garment is what's wrong... Add to this a threat of legal action because of a review outlining this on Trustpilot. This is by no means a premium brand and should be avoided at all costs - and especially so at the price of multiple hundreds of pounds for a shoddy robe!

   Ordered a jacket as per their size guidelines. On arrival it said it was a XL as per package. Tried it on, it was definitely not a XL. Should have been a 49inch chest, in fact it was a 44inch chest. Contact the company reference a return, only to find out it needed to be returned to china. Would have cost a fortune to return. No mention of this company being from china on their website.

   I'm so disappointed with this robe. (Mens Lightweight robe) First of all, it's not lined and the inside of the robe is a shabby grey colour, not soft like the outside material, and it also means all the stitching is visible. Secondly, the stitching is very poor quality and I can already see lots of loose threads and fraying. Unfortunately, I bought this for my husband's birthday and had it monogrammed (which also looks terrible) and so now I can't return it. For £100, I think it's completely unacceptable.

   I bought the New England women's bathrobe 1 and a half years ago and now it's fraying in several places and the hem is down. It was quite a sumptuous piece while it lasted -- nice soft, warm breathable cotton in vibrant colours -- but with the planet in the shape it's in it's just so depressing to drop more than £100 on a "luxury" purportedly sustainable dressing gown but then find it completely falling apart in under 2 years. Because it's in the sale now I considered replacing mine because I like the risky eye-catching design but honestly, I figured what is the point in investing further in shoddy craftsmanship? And, on the company's side, what is the point in investing thought into the design and fabric if you're just going to sew it together in a way that pops open on a single wash? You can't claim to be a luxury brand and work with those lazy standards!

   Smoking jacket bought by a relative as a christmas gift, really very shoddy. loose threadwork, poor worksmanship. the waistband tie ends are so bad it is shocking. had I bought it myself i would have returned it, i do not expect it to last very long considering how badly the item is made. Falling apart already, I have had it ten days....
