    Very bad service I have recently purchased two item. They are not good size for me and I didn’t like the models I request to refund they didn’t accept both of them to be refunded one of them they accepted but still didn’t hear anything from them and the item. I tried to get in touch with the company at least to be able to change because it’s not right size for me leaving you buying some online things normal, that you end up getting wrong size or not your style but this company looks like they are not interested to help disappointed

    Design is top. Quality, definitely not worth high price. I bought mine ages back. Within couple of days, trouser developed a rip at the leg.(guys, the stitching gets undone VERY quickly, beware). My wife rang to complain, they said cant take it back cus ive worn it! ( consumer rights??, 28 days??) Ok fair enough. Anyway kept on wearing the hoodie, but left the trousers in the wardrobe for a few months. I thought, maybe i caught the trouser leg on something sharp an not realised. Couple of days, wife had sewed and restitched where it got undone. I thought happy days, started wearing trouser again. Within a day or two, crotch area is unstitching!!! Ive decided to leave review, even though purchased sometime ago, as i feel this is totally unacceptable. Design/style is 10/10 Quality is a dismal one After care from company, minimal, simply profiteering and capitalism in its glory.

    Terrible company with very poor quality clothing. Ordered two pieces - 1 developed a rip after 3 months and the other developed bobbling after washing ONCE. Was offered 10% reduction on the next purchase - why would we purchase again for £80 when you can't back the quality of your own product??! Why would anyone accept £8 for a defective product??!

    Credit where credit is due - there were some delays with my order but it’s nice to see a business take accountability for the issues. Small businesses invariably face logistical problems in busy periods and don’t think this was any different. Customer service from Sha was exemplary (emails and phone calls were received) and an apology video from the owner was highly appreciated. Quality of clothes was really good and would definitely order again.

    Items took some time to arrive but this was expected and explained from the outset. However, in trying to obtain a refund, I found the company's service and lack of response extremely dissatisfying. I had to raise a dispute through PayPal to finally get a response and return label from the company. Even after sending it back, I received no refund from the company, but from PayPal who closed the dispute in my favour. Will definitely not be shopping here again and would suggest anyone who does to place orders through a credit card or PayPal to ensure they are covered.

    Ordered a Japanese style tunic/kurta and linen type bottoms after seeing a Moomen ad on insta... and I was not disappointed. The quality of clothing and fit were perfect and not to mention, looked amazing. I was a bit apprehensive at first about ordering from the far east, but delivery took no longer than 2 weeks and I was updated at regular intervals for my reassurance. Highly recommend these guys!

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from this company. Firstly, the order took 4 weeks to deliver and throughout the process I was told it would be there no more than 12days. My emails were also being ignored and I had to email twice to get a reply. Asked for a refund after 3 weeks as my order did not arrive and they completely ignored my request. Very poor company and customer service is shocking as they did not listen to me once. They are still not giving me a refund even though it was been more than 4weeks since my purchase and the items have not arrived. AVOID THIS COMPANY
