I ordered a suit last minute for a wedding and was able to get next day delivery! Fantastic service and fantastic quality.
Great selection of clothes and good customer service. There was an issue with a shirt i bought, it was over 2 months since i had purchased it and they swapped it for a new one without any issues.
I bought a shirt last week on the basis I could change it for the correct size if I had got it wrong. I’ve bought from them many times by had forgotten my Claudio Lugli shirt size. I didn’t need to open it as I have 4 other same brand shirts all XXL so I knew immediately XL was too small. Took it back this afternoon and out of stock but refused to refund me. I was forced to buy another shirt which I neither really wanted or needed to avoid wasting time with a credit note. Boy, they sure know how to lose a customer. PS it’s not good practice for assistants to speak together in a language I don’t understand before telling me their policy is never to refund. For any reason. Period. Bye for good.
Lovely shop, with very helpful friendly staff. My son needed a suit for his prom and he has been fully kitted out from suit , shirt, tie and shoes. He is very happy as are we. Many thanks for your wonderful service
Exceptional service, and quality clothes and super cool and stylish suits and blazers. I bought my wedding suit (groom) and so did my two best men. I also bought a lovely blazer and waistcoat combo for my stag doo at the races. Excellent attentive service by all the staff, big thank you and I highly recommend this cool men’s shop and will certainly be returning again in the future to buy as they regularly change and update the clothing range. Had a fantastic experience with Sajid, he is very attentive and helpful. He was very accommodating with respect to sizes and styles of suits for myself and my groomsmen for my wedding. Would definitely recommend his shop!
I went to this store with the intention of looking and trying on suits. I literally just wanted 10 mins to look at the options myself but got hassled non stop. Very pushy sales men and slightly annoying. Long story short I walked out with a suit which I paid £315 for (not bad). I did not get a itemised receipt for the items but just a credit card receipt for which I found strange. Literally 50 yards further up is moss bros, I had a browse in there and found a suit that I liked the look of even more. I started having second thoughts when I got home so I decided to take the suit back the next day only to be told they do not accept refunds. Not once was I told that any items of clothing in that shop were non refundable but instead I was told I have to keep the suit, swap it for another or take a credit receipt. I’ve been given a hand written “credit receipt” which is allowed to be used within a year. A bit of a joke to be honest. I’d never shop there again.
