Material of clothes is decent but the sizes make no sense. I wear large but can fit a medium but with superdry t shirts I have to buy xxl.... for such an established brand this shouldn't be the case.
Usually found some nice party wear for my partner which was a pleasant surprise. Good discount for boxing day. Always great quality products at Superdry.
Over priced. Some clothes are well made with good materials, others are cheap and worthless.

Not my usual store for shopping but a coat caught my eye as I was walking past in Woking. Staff couldn't have been more helpful but didn't fuss or pressurise me. Have now placed an order for a size that wasn't in store and looking forward to its arrival.
I popped in today, and I was complete confused didn't know where to start but I was approached by val who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I manged to find exactly what I was looking for. Also the lady behind the till was just as helpful and kind I belive she was called Monica. Would recommend. Even for a chat
Went to exchange an item for a smaller size which I bought someone for xmas. They wouldn't do a simple exchange because I had lost the receipt. It was still in packaging and everything. I paid in cash so I had no other proof of purchase except of course the item was covered in super dry logo! Poor show. I will not be buying anything from them again.
