Great clothes, best in Sutton, lovely service
I used to love this store for its great selection of brands, which made it my go-to for gifts for my boyfriend. Over time, I’ve spent a considerable amount of money here, despite the fact that the customer service has never been the best. I continued to shop here solely because of the brands you carry. Unfortunately, my visit today will be my last. I was followed around the store under the guise of 'customer service,' which I found deeply uncomfortable and insulting. I have never, nor would I ever, steal from a store. It makes one question if this treatment was based on assumptions about how I 'look.' This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. Do better.
Great store with fantastic selection of Carhartt amongst other brands. One if the best Carhartt stockists I have visited. The member of staff/owner I spoke to was incredibly helpful and friendly.

This is a great store, I had a perfect shopping experience for the first time shopping here. Everyone is very enthusiastic and patient. The brand in this store is great and worth owning! I was lucky enough to get a discounted product! This is a great choice for fashionistas shopping!
Non existent customer service! Ordered a product - received the right product in the wrong colour. Sent an email to customer service to see how to go about getting the right one sent. Have never heard back! Follow up email sent, and again no reply. I've given up trying now. I wouldn't mind, but the product was a present. They have created a lovely brand, with a well selected range of items. Just need to work on the customer service.
